本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、当サイト（kizawa.info）が提供するAIチャットボット機能（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただいた場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（本サービスの内容）
本サービスは、当サイトに掲載された記事を主な知識源とし、生成AI（大規模言語モデル）を用いて利用者の質問に自動応答するものです。回答はAIが自動生成するものであり、当サイト運営者の見解を必ずしも反映するものではありません。
第2条（回答内容の免責）
- AIが生成する回答は、その正確性・完全性・最新性・有用性を保証するものではありません。
- 回答内容には誤り（いわゆるハルシネーション）が含まれる場合があります。重要な判断を行う際は、必ず一次情報や専門家による確認を行ってください。
- 本サービスは、医療・法律・税務・投資その他の専門的助言を提供するものではありません。
- 回答内容に基づいて利用者が行った行為の結果について、当サイト運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
第3条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスの不正利用、または過度なアクセスにより運営を妨げる行為
- AIに不適切・違法・有害な内容を出力させることを目的とした入力（プロンプトインジェクション等を含む）
- 本サービスまたはその基盤システムに対する不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング等の行為
- 第三者または当サイトの権利を侵害する行為
第4条（入力情報の取扱い）
- 利用者が入力した質問文は、回答生成および本サービスの品質改善・不正利用防止の目的で処理・記録される場合があります。
- 回答生成にあたり、入力内容はクラウド事業者（Amazon Web Services）の生成AI基盤に送信されます。
- 氏名・住所・電話番号・パスワード等の個人情報や機密情報は入力しないでください。入力された情報に起因する不利益について当サイト運営者は責任を負いません。
- 個人情報の取扱いの詳細は、当サイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第5条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）
当サイト運営者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容の変更、提供の一時中断または終了を行うことができます。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当サイト運営者は責任を負いません。
第6条（知的財産権）
本サービスが参照する記事等のコンテンツに関する権利は、当サイト運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。AIによる回答の利用にあたっては、著作権法その他の法令を遵守してください。
